Htc one contract deals & woes

Hi guys,

I'm on abit if a mission and I hope can help.

I'm looking to change phones, currently using a HTC HD2 and want to upgrade to the HTC One.

Using comparison sites such as uswitch I've found reasonable deals such as £27--300mins, unlimited text, 500mb Internet & unlimited bt open-zone.

When asking upgrades they didn't seem interested that I found this deal and offered me £37 with a hefty £70 cost for the phone.

Anyone know why they wouldn't match there own deals ?? Or have any tricks or tips which may help

Many thanks pritch

Yes, exactly the same if you chose to deal with O2 or the phone supplier also if you wish to for any warranty issues. If you wanted to return the phone during your cooling off period you would have to deal with the supplier.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
