Hi
I have a pay monthly O2 sim card wich has stopped working so wanna order a replacement sim or maybe an e-sim but every time i click continue it tells me that the system send me a confirmation code to my alredy dead sim
Is there any way to have this confirmation posted via email?

The easiest way is to go into an O2 store with Photo ID
