How to get a PAC code

Hello

i have been looking into getting a pac code ( i'm on pay as you go ) , i have read on forum that i needed to call 4445 in oder to obtain this , but that number only give me 3 recharge automatic menu , no way to talk to anyone there , i tried the live chat ,no luck

so i would appreciate if someone could give me the good number i have to call in order to obtain the pac code ,my new sim arrived today , and has been activated , but can't use it since i have been battling to have precise information on how to get a pac code

Just to check @Anonymous, are you moving to a contract with o2 or with someone else?

somewhere else , and it's been done ,i gave up porting the number
