How to cancel a contract

I am trying to cancel one of my contracts with O2 but am out of the country for a few months and the 202 number they suggest calling isn't working from my location. I have tried the live chat a few times on different days and am always told that all of the agents are busy, and can't find any other way to actually speak to someone! Does anyone know how I can cancel my contract? Thanks!
