How to buy a second phone for a family member

I want to get a second phone on my account for my wife with its own sim card, but the charges being made to my account. How do i do this?

Just apply for the phone and when you put banking details in, use yours

Sounds like you are trying to upgrade your account.

You need to sign out from your details and create a new account for your wife.
