How to acctivate sim card when i did upgrade old phone ?

They should do it in store if purchased in store.
If sent with phone, go to http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk and enter information there.

Hello @Anonymous, welcome to the O2 community! 

Please follow their advice and you should be fine! 

If you read @Cleoriff link it explains how to do it and, if you prefer to pop into the store to swap your sim you can too as @viridis suggested. Just remember to bring your passport or driving licence with you as ID.
