I spoke to someone before now and I am sure that the person said it be possible to get my over spending on game app on my new phone from o2 and had bad news over spent when DWP lowered my disabled benefits and I am so sorry for the madness and the person told me I can arrange to split the bill into three parts of the whole bill and the normal cost over three payments over three months I'm really struggling to find out more about the payment plan if you can point me in the right direction for I'm disabled and I am finding it difficult to cope at moment all this lockdown and no mobile devices and no internet I will be going insane asylum lol thanks tonywilliams o2 customer

You really need to speak to payment management. All numbers are in this guide

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call
