Can anyone tell me why o2 are allowing orders through for the iPads even though they are out of stock? I have even been charged £20!

@Sjm

That's typical of O2 unfortunately.

They are happy to take your money for items they don't have, in fact there are hardly any iPads available anywhere currently and Apple are keeping most of the stock for themselves, so there's no telling when they will be available.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

O2 business ethics are very questionable

Totally agree there. My advice, just don't even try for an iPad unless they are available on Amazon and you can afford to pay outright. All the home schooling and Christmas has cleared out existing stock and with Covid and Brexit (goods facing custom regulations), no one has any idea when they will be back in stock!
