Recently I upgraded (Monday) and returned my upgrade to the store where I bought it on Wednesday (for some reason the network got worse with a newer 5G device for me) and I can see I am still on the new tariff 36 hours later. So I am wondering how long should I wait before going back into store (as I feel they have forgotten to do something)
As it says I still have a device plan despite being on a sim only before my upgrade and I don't want to pay for a device I had for 2 days and returned. The upfront I paid has already been returned to me.
If anyone knows what I should do, and don't say call customer service because unless I am a victim of fraud they don't put me through to anyone. Just disconnects and says go to my O2. (Very frustrating customer service) there chat service is also down on their website.

Well they didn't reply to my last tweet earlier in the week regarding a different issue, so doubt they will now. I thought 3's customer service was bad. Least they make it accessible to speak to someone and they don't pass you pillar to post as much as o2 seem to.
