How long does a credit check take?

I have a notification on the app telling me my order has been cancelled but I haven’t received any email telling me so can I still expect my order to go through seeing as I previously received an email that my order was received

If you upgrade from your simo you will be accepted, as they don't credit check for upgrades.

Continuing to use your simo will also build up your credit rating over time.

No one will tell you exactly why, but O2 take a number of factors into account, such as employment status, credit rating, UK residency status, electoral roll etc.....

That explains it as I have a poor credit rating of 286 but I already have an o2 simo contract why has that not been cancelled

You should be able to upgrade in your MyO2 after a minimum of 3 months.
