I found out how, took a while and no wonder I couldn't find it, no logic in it. I then tried to update this query and had a similar hard time. Would it be useful for o2 to employ a 'task based' QA operative rather than leave website design totally to the techy's

Thanks. As I say, I did find it in the end but took some doing, probably why a guide needed to be produced. A menu items either titled 'Show current/previous bills' of 2 menu items 'show current' and 'show previous' would have been more helpful.
