Hi I upgraded my phone two weeks ago and have realised that the person in the store dd not disable the voicemail service like I asked. Is there a way for me to disaable the voicemail from the phone or will I need to make a return trip to the store. I have already tried dialing 1760 but it says that it can't remove the voicemail. The phone is a Sony Xperia 10 II.

All we know about VM is here Guide: All you need to know about O2 Voicemail 901
Try dialling 1750 and press send. Then dial 1760 press send. this should turn it off.
If this doesn't work you could call O2 using any number in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support and ask them to reset your Voicemail.
Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
