I live abroad and I've been waiting for end of contract to cancel. Get an email today of price hikes and they give me the option to cancel.
Is there no email to write to?
It shouldn't be this difficult to leave.

The e-mail you received tells you how to contact O2 about that particular matter, and it is phone only.
As there is no e-mail address for contract terminations with O2, @Leaveohtwo, your only other option is via Social Media using Facebook or Instagram, the links for that are near the middle of this Guide: How to find help & contact O2 guide for those avenues. Also Guide: Cancelling Your Contract may help. Calls to O2 are also free if made using your O2 Mobile, even if not in the UK - but in some countries where O2 Travel is the only way to use O2, the £7 daily charge for using O2 Travel will apply.
