You should have 2 one for the device plan and one for the airtime unless you are on the new billing platform, then it will be one bill

 

Best thing to do is call Payment Management on 0800 902 0217 and ask them, as this is a customer to customer forum with no access to customer accounts.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
