How do I get my proof of purchase

I recently got the pixel 6 and need to claim the free pixel buds that come with it, but to do that I need proof of purchase, the 02 app is terrible, I can't call you and the online chat crashes when I try to use that. Please help

You can get your proof of purchase by logging into myo2 on the web, and going into my orders.
