Hello, I want now have I get bac my deposit? I pay 200 pounds and after my order decline howe I get back my money

O2 haven't taken any money.
it will be held by your bank awaiting collection by o2 but as your order was declined, it will return automatically to your cleared funds in 4 to 5 days.

The time it takes does vary by bank but on average is 4-5 days as @MI5 said - though some banks it can be upto 7 days - it depends on the banks policy.
