According to O2:

A regular VAT invoice can be turned on by calling customer services for the airtime only, once the service is on the account the customer should then get the VAT invoice sent to them via post monthly.

@scottlottie - once enabled, as per instruction in your MyO2 web billing section:

Once enabled, you see the option further down to view your VAT-formatted bill:

Best O2 team to talk to is the Social Media team, via X or FB Messenger, @scottlottie

Be persistent, and tell them you want VAT invoicing enabled in your MyO2 (not visible in the app).

Posting, as stated above by @Cleoriff can incur a charge per bill, £2.50 typically:

  • Summary billCosts £2 and provides a breakdown of calls, texts, and data usage
  • Itemized billCosts £2.50 and includes more details, such as who you've called and messaged
