I want to downgrade my tariff as I don't use anywhere near my inclusive minutes.

I know I am 'allowed' to do it, but have no idea how to actually do it.

There doesn't seem to be anything that lets me know how to do it.  As I'll be downgrading to a cheeper tariff, I'm not too surprised!

Click on "My O2" and go into your account details. On the right hand side you will see details of your current tariff with a button below to "change". Only contracts taken before April 2012 can be downgraded and only after 12 months.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

You will need to speak to customer service and as MI5 points out you can't lower your tariff if you took out your contract after March 2012.
