How do I cancel my HUWaa WIFI DONGLE HOTSPOT| account, need to talk to an actual human

Trying to cancel my 02 wifi dongle hotspot account as no longer needed.....but the automated call send a code/message to it but its NOT a phone its just a box so no way of reading or finding the code, how do i talk to an 02 human??

@Dan731 If you can take the sim out of the box, put the sim in a phone and text for a STAC code.
