You need to port in.

Hi there,

I really thank you for your advice.

So what I understood is that I need to buy the simcard first (I'm looking for a monthly plan), then after I have obtained the PAC number from my previous provider I need to fill up an online form the customer service of O2 is going to get all sorted for me, I hope this is more or less how to keep my old number when moving to O2.

I want to provide an update after the process is done, so I would be able to share my experience.

Best regards,
Charlie

That's the process assuming all runs smoothly.

If you need to contact O2, you can Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
