Hi - does anyone know how I can get a new sim card from O2 - I've just bought an iPhone XS and it's a smaller sim card (nano). Not needing a new phone number. No luck on the phone at the moment and shops all closed.

Have you checked if you can push the middle out of your old SIM?

What phone did you have before?
