Hotspot not connecting

Neither mine or the other half's phone will connect to devices that we are trying to connect to them.

ie My work laptop connects to wifi no problem at home, work or public but won't connect to the personal hotspot when I try to tether. My girlfriends is the same. It used to work but has not worked so far this year.

Is anyone else having a similar issue??

@kingzoot if you have iPhones, your data tariff may be wrong?

No tariff changes have happened and was working at beginning of Jan - I don't believe it to be a data tariff issue unless a change to the existing tariff has happened at O2's end

Worth a call just to check though. Rules it out as an issue at least.
