i bought a payg sim from o2 website.i wanted a contract but after 3 sttempts to do it i gave up.  i tried to activate it but i was told it was not correct. i went to an o2 shop but they were totally useless and told me to ring customer services.

This was not a good idea as they could not help.

Finally i managed to get a contract  sorted but then my troubles began.

Someone at o2 had decided to send my PAC  number to retain my old  number to the payg o2 sim that was not active.

after 8 day i had no phone active and no numbers. still waiting now for the old number to migrate and my phone to work. i had to go and buy a sim from another provider to make calls and text.

each day customer service said it would sort the problem but still the same no working o2 sim. i want my old number back i want out of the contract that has failed to work corrrctly from day one

my concern is if i have another problem i doubt it will be dealt with.
