Last month I had to make two calls to the US due to a relative being stranded with suspected corona in New York. The bill for these two calls was £160 making my airtime bill £209. I can’t afford to pay this all at once and didn’t realise the standing order had bounced until my phone had been cut off. How to I contact o2 to try and arrange a payment in instalments? My phone has now been cut off so I can only use WiFi and can’t seem to find a way to contact anyone.

HI @Sophiepoetry

You will need to use skype (which you can install on your mobile) and speak to the payment team

Ihttps://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/payment-support

They can be contacted on 0800 902 0217

Hopefully they can help.

Good Luck..

Hi @Sophiepoetry , hope your relative is doing ok! Let us know how you're getting on with your bill query and if you managed to get it sorted with Payment Management after you last posted? Any luck trying Skype as suggested by @madasaf1sh ?
