Resolved! Can't sim swap!!

I have upgraded my tablet to a phone for my daughter. I can't do the sim swap as I dont have my old sim card and I can't get to speak to anyone on the phone. Any ideas??

Remove Adult content lock

Basically I’d like to know how I’m supposed to have my O2 Adult content lock removed on my pay monthly contract without having ethier a Credit Card,Passport or a Drivers licence ?
