Hi everyone sorry to bug everyone again as just confused I'm had my last 02 phone about 7 years but I'm upgraded to new phone no new line or anything just upgrade 02 said I won't get any letters I.e bonus letter as I'm not new or term and conditions or contract as everything is emailed which I have all got but is that right ? Or do you get letters ? 
I prefer everything been emailed over to me can anyone help please x

As we've already told you, all tariff changes and new terms and conditions are emailed to you, but your device plan agreement will be posted out to you via royal mail.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

But 02 have said they don’t sent them out via post it said in email this is why I’m asking !!
