The O2 App sometimes gets a bit mangled, but you should be able to access your MyO2 via a web browser: https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin
If still no joy, it could be that you are being moved to the new 36.0 billing system, which means it will be tomorrow before things come back for you, @Marilynann.
