Check in your MyO2 for upgrade options or 

contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you - on Facebook or Instagram https://www.o2.co.uk/abouto2/social-media

Post heavily edited after my response to the original question, which was regarding upgrade options.

Just tap on your profile, go to settings and then close account @MandyR67
