I have an IPhone XR with 02 on contract had to recently change my phone number due to nuance calls when I changed the phone number with 02 on the phone my voicemail is now on and I have only just realised and I have tried 1760 but it does not switch my voicemail off just tells me to contact 02 at the moment 02 are saying they are only taking calls from people wanting to upgrade or people thinking of leaving them I can't turn it off and it's bugging me as I hate voicemail

If you hve WiFi calling enabled then turn it off. You can then turn VM off.
