Hi I just upgraded and my plan and added a new SIM card for my son. The plan I chose for him was on offer from £20 to £16 but after I put the phone down the adviser called back and said to txt o2 when I get the sim on my main number and write loyalty 21500. I have currently tried that and it didn’t work. Can u make sure this is activated other wise I was sold the wrong product under the wrong value which is not allowed.
