Can anyone point me in the right direction.
I have upgraded my phone and DPD tried to deliver it on Tuesday, but we did not have a PIN CODE.
I spoke with O2 someone in a far distant country and they said that we would get our pin within 48 hours, still no pin.
I contacted DPD and they said that O2 needs to go onto DPD portal and send the pin, again i contacted O2 and they said that they have requested the pin and it should be 48 hours. DPD tried to delivery yesterday anda agin no pin and they would not leave the phone.
I have put a complaint in to O2 and it could take up to a week and the phone is just sitting in the DPD warehouse.

Just ask to be transferred to a UK call centre when you call.
