Customer Services.   Made me delete my esim and now I cant log into my O2 account as I cant receive any text message.  I need a new esim sent to my email to renable my phone.

Sorry but you need to call customer services back , either borrow a phone or use Skype ( Guide: A Guide to Skype ) to call 0800 902 0217

 

There is nothing anyone on this customer to customer community can do to help.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
