Hi so I just got an email saying Thank you for your request regarding application .
We're pleased to say it's been accepted. Please login to your account to see what to do next. But when I log in noting shows is this normal do I just wait for a dispatch email or is there something else I need to do thanks.

I am experiencing the same thing, I have been emailed the vat invoice number but I cannot see it on my O2 portal

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you
