Help please

Already have a contract phone but want to switch to a sim only deal. Upgrade options if I clear my device plan off for sim only plans are not as good as just getting a new sim only deal. Is it possible to order a sim only contract first and then go and pay off my contract phone's device plan to finish that and them use the sim only when it arrives

Why not take a look at uSwitch for a new SIMO plan.

Normally you get some great deals there, and when you pick one it will ask if you want as a new line or upgrade your existing, just select upgrade existing and you will get the SIMO offer as an upgrade.  You will have to clear any device plan as part of the upgrade still but will get a good SIMO upgrade offer.
