I spoke to a man two weeks ago, who has misled me into taking a contract out with Aerial (I distinctly remember asking if he was part of 02, and he said yes). I believe I have a few months left of my 02 contract, but it may have been switched over already. I'm honestly not sure, as I can't access any of my bill info anymore. Can I get out of this and swap back to 02? Already left a complaint with Aerial. My next step is 02, see if they can do anything.
Any advice on what to do?

Ariel are really the worst. Supposedly a trusted partner of O2 but are far from that. They also sell business contracts. You should try them again.
However, we're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here.
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (Contract)
