I've just joined o2 with a brand new phone/sim(pay monthly). I was with giffgaff(pay as you go)
I have filled in the 'keep my number form' twice now since 03/01/19 but nothing has happened.
How do I even contact o2? I've also waited 2 hours for an agent online but nowt happens there also.
