I would have a last go with the Cpw manager because it's a return/disconnection ( for him it's also a phone that has come out of his stock, will not generate a commission because it was canceled before the 14 days, and cannot be sold anymore because it has been used) so it may well work. If not, your in the right place to return it and end this saga.

The OP posted only once. Has never mentioned CPW (I think we presumed because they said they got it cheaper than O2). Only relevant words in the post were O2, EE and Apple...
