Has O2 black-listed the term "insurance" from this forum?

I wrote a message highlighting the problems I was having with O2 premium insurance. When I tried searching for the post, I couldn't find it. In fact all searches with the term "insure" and "insurance" turn up blank even when I am staring the message in the face.

Are these terms banned from the search engine? Or am I being stupid?

Is there an official list of terms which are proscribed somewhere so we don't waste our time?

Yes that is strange. If I type in 'phone insurance' it comes up with topics highlighting the word 'phone' or if I type in 'O2 premium insurance' it comes back with 'O2'  or 'premium' topics. Not a single one containing 'insurance'.

Insurance brings no hits, insurance premium only finds threads with premium in it...
