I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A FINAL BILL FOR BOTH OF MY ACCOUNTS AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT.. I HAVE TRIED CALLING ... I HAVE TRIED GOING INTO THE LOCAL BRANCH .. THEN CALLING AND SPEAKING TO SOMEONE IN THE LOCAL BRANCH ON THEIR INTERNAL PHONE LINES TO BE TOLD IT WILL BE SORTED AND STILL I HAVE NO BILL ... IT IS SO HARD TO GET HOLD OF ANYONE! YOU CANT SPEAK TO ANYONE THAT ACTUALLY DOES WHAT YOU WANT THEM TO DO!
THIS IS THE REASON I AM LEAVING AFTER BEING WITH O2 FOR DECADES AND THERE IS NO LOYALTY SCHEME.. TOTAL RIP OFF.. ALL I WANT IS TO TALK TO SOMEONE ABOUT MY ACCOUNT.. NOT SURE THIS IS THE RIGHT PLACE TO AIR MY VIEWS BUT I LITERALLY CANT GET HOLD OF ANYONE!

Totally understand @Anonymous's frustration. CS call wait times are getting longer and if you are lucky enough to get through then issues are not resolved....A real poor show...

This is the thing, you can't cancel instore and trying to cancel using live chat is almost impossible. Very poor!
