Hi there, 

 

I cancelled my contract a day after I took it egypt ut however still got charged

Not unusual with O2.

You need to talk to Payment Management as we are all customers here.

Use their specific number

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217. 

 

The opening times are:

 

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

 

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

 

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

You still get billed for any use before you cancelled.
