My ex partner had contact with my phone whilst together and somehow signed upto a gambling site called mFortune via my phone number and added his deposits to my phone bill without me knowing or my Consent. Until I received my phone bill and text messages on my phone saying Thank-you for depositing £10, £5 around the 25th of April the first time and then the second time way it was done may the 11th. Please can you stop this and ban any other charges or premium charges that get added to my phone bill and account. I don't want to exceed my phone bill limit, Please can you help me resolve this situation as its not helping my mental health and I don't want to be getting into debt. Thanks in advance.

@Allt-tasha96

You need to contact O2 and ask them to place the following bars to your account.

1) Bar all Premium numbers

2 Bar all direct to Bill Debits or Charge To Mobile.

Also set a spend cap on your account,

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here.

Give O2 a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202.

Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.

@Allt-tasha96 This is not O2. This is a customer community. You need to speak to customer service. You can ask customer service to stop any charges to your mobile from that service.

CHANGE YOUR O2 ACCOUNT PASSWORD IMMEDIATELY
Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202 or 0800 032 1402 from any phone or numbers here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
You can also reach O2 via social media:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

If a fraud has been committed on your account you also need to report it to the police:

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
