Galaxy A5 2017 - not receiving calls.

Hello all

 

My Galaxy A5 2017 model has stopped recieving calls. I have tried a new SIM, all settings are correct according to the shop but I still dont get an calls to it. I have restarted and still no luck, I can make calls, send and recieve Texts, open web pages etc just fine. get a full 4G signal.

 

I have tried with Wifi on and off, areoplane mode is not on.

 

Any ideas at all?

Dial ##002# and press send or call.
This will cancel any diverts that might be set accidentally.
