Free samsung watch proof of purchase

Hi. Trying to claim my free samsung watch and its asking for proof of purchase, asking for copy of invoice, or copy of contract, neither of which was emailed when I did my upgrade. Alternatively says I can send email confirmation (which I have) and delivery confirmation (have dispatch email but not delivery).

Anyone know what things are acceptable? Tried to speak to o2 help chat but just says they're busy. Not very helpful.

Other customers just print their order from your MyO2.

You can print it as a PDF, save it to your phone and attach it to your claim.

Hi. Can't find the option for that? There's a list of orders, I can't isolate one order and there is no print option

Tap on the order to open it then tap and hold.

Do you get a pop up with a print option?

Or tap the 3 dots at the top of the screen?
