Ordered a new phone on the 22/9/14 yet its now the 24/9/14 and still not even a message to say my order as been dispatched.

To me that is not next day delivery.

Problem now solved the sales person to who i spoke to when ordering the phone actually took my wrong date of birth.
After a lengthy conversation this morning then a wait for a ring back we managed to solve the problem so hopefully the phone will be despatched asap

To be honest as a new customer i expected better communication from 02.

Plus the loss of work through not having a mobile phone as really peeeeeved me off.
Anyway ive still not had the delivery date so it may arrive by email or text tommorow.

tbh it does seem strange that the adviser didn't notice the details were wrong when they put the order through as the credit check would have failed with an incorrect D.O.B.
