So my friend has a weird situation.. yet again, its her billing time for contract airtime and device, but the grand charge is £0.00.. this is now at least the 3rd month this year, but im sure there has been more too.
They aren't all in a row.. so far Feb, May and July have all been £0 bills saying balance brought forward of £54 and nothing to pay.. March, April and June were all billed normally. I thought maybe she missed a payment and they'd charge double the next month but nope, normal amounts and none missed.
It just seems really weird and I can't fathom it and neither can she why she's getting free months. Ive been on o2 for years and never had this happen to me!

@crippsy99 If she's concerned that she's not being billed correctly, tell her to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217/0800 032 5302
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

She isn't concerned though, thats the issue.. she is loving having free months not having to pay her bill.. I on the other hand am concerned that it might catch up to her and she might get a big bill somewhere down the line.. at the moment that would be at least £162 which I know she would struggle to find.

Credit balance indicates funds in excess of what is needed to settle her airtime and device plan amounts.
Perhaps she had a refund for some reason, or overpaid once or twice - Payment Management, as suggested above, should help, if her MyO2 leaves her none the wiser, @crippsy99.
