Free jabra sports pulse headphones..

Hello guys

I prefer ordered the Samsung Edge S7 on the 30gb monthly refresh tariff.

It's been 16 days since my contract was activated and I STILL can't redeem the free headphones.

Had anyone even managed to succeed yet?

All I get is:

Thank you for trying to redeem your Jabra Sport Pulse Wireless headphones. The IMEI number you have entered is either invalid or you have not waited the 14 days to redeem. For more information, please refer to the terms and conditions.

Any ideas?

Hi all,

 

I read in the T&C's that this is a deal for Small Business/Business Essential tariffs - does this mean as a normal consumer I won't be able to access the deal? Very disappointing if so! Cheers for any help

It's good to see some peoples imei's are being accepted, unfortunately as yet mine keeps saying it's invalid or I need to wait 14 days.

 

Guess I'll wait til tuesday and try again then get on the phone to chase up whats going on!

Hi: It seems this is a common problem. Have spoken to O2 who said I will get an email after they've spoken to Samsung. So far nothing.

Good promotion and phone, pity it fails to give the promised Jabra headphones. Still there'stime until May apprently.
