Recently upgraded & the deal was a pair off ear buds with the new phone a Samsung A54. Still waiting for a code to receive the buds, which was 4 week's ago. Is this a common problem?

There have been some issues with sending codes, but you should get one after 30 days.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Thank you, I don't have any social media accounts, so I'll give them a ring. This upgrade has been a real problem this time. So many calls to complain. Wishing I had changed suppliers instead.

Did you manage to get the earbuds or the code as I'm having the same
