Free Tablet?

I recently upgraded to refresh and was offered a Samsung tablet. First bill payed, how do I claim this now?

Free Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 ("Free Gift") when you buy a new Samsung Galaxy S9 or S9 Plus directly from O2 before 11 July 2018. Free Gift dispatched between 14-40 days after qualifying purchase.

You shouldn’t need to claim.
O2 will send it automatically if you qualify and if they haven’t run out of free tablets.
It can take upto 54 days from when you took the contract out.

Any update on this Don? Just ordered the same phone myself and wondering if it will really be as long a wait as they say it could be to get the tablet or if it is really just to cover themselves in case of cancelations or issues with stock. Cheers

Everyone has to wait 14 days then it appears to be taking 2-3 weeks after that before the tablets are sent out.
