Free Samsung Buds S20

I have just upgraded to the S20+ and one of the extras was being able to claim a pair of Samsung buds. However when I go to my Samsung members app I can not see the option and searches on it suggest the claim would have to have been made last month. Flase advertisement surely or am I missing something?

Yes I've have a look on there but appears the claim had to be made at the end of May. That's fair enough but when I was upgrading last night one of the extras was claiming the buds. I read the info an I'm sure it said you had until the 1st of July to claim but can't see that anywhere.

Yes this is exactly what I was After thanks very much. Got my claim in now. Have to say this has been much quicker and more useful than the usual live chats you need to have with o2. Thanks again.

Did you use that link? Because when I click it the link doesn't do anything except say 'pages can't be displayed'

And I can't see it on the samsung app either
