Fraud Number

I had a text from a number this afternoon saying that something was wrong with my billing and I needed to click this link... [mod edit: removed to ensure safety]
My o2 app says there is nothing wrong so I take it this is a scam?
This was the number +44 7340 812295
Am I right?

It's a well known scam.
Block the number and report it free to 7726.
